I have my own story about having and getting appropriate awareness concerning my personal growth and safety. For example, in and during my childhood, I did not know my correct age, but I had to learn very early about the risks of treating animals and machines on a farm and many more. Still, I soon recognized, according to the consequences my brother and my parents told me, that every damage I do costs a lot of money, and money is something that we haven’t. So, in another way, I also understand what money means at a young age.
I recognized that something was different and unsuitable for my intention and feelings about the environment where I was, like the farm. I saw what could be better and learned first to know the solution, not the problem. I have learned these on the farm; either I already had this virtue, or someone else implemented it into me. When you are a creative and sensitive being, and you are surrounded by a rough nature, hard physical work, and no pleasure like other children have, you grow up differently. In poverty, close to reality, and always with both feet on the ground. I got my training from my brother in using our tractors on our farm and how I must behave with this sensitive machine. Already at nine years of age, it was just a massive machine, and they looked so big. I learned to use it carefully, especially transmitting gears without snarling. Sometimes, I did it without concerns to bother my brother😊. Like brothers do today, these times created me and patterns, which are not as good today as they were in their time.

I saw and learned at school the difference between children from the landslide and those from the city. I learned very soon how to survive on a farm while working in the woods in the winter and in summer on the grassland to earn hay. In short, I had to take responsibility for myself and finally take over a machine and a farm with the animals and food we produced. Treating animals is also something that humans have to learn or learn again. Having a dog or a cat as a pet isn’t the same. On a farm, you must work and deal with animals like partners because they feed you and bring you the resources to earn money. In addition, we produced potatoes and wheat, oats, and barely. Our farm had an income per year of about 20k USD. That’s not so much for a family with five children.
I had and still have my awareness about behaving of our nature, animals, and the life inside and outside of a human being. I compare or, in addition, better said with my training in special forces, elite executive protection agent, special investigator, consultant for kidnapping and extortion, and every kind of fraud, on the universities and now as a financial crime and economic crime expert, developer, and founder of AI solutions ad provider of online training with other experts. These different awareness, skills, and abilities are more like a relationship with a brother or sister or a group of people and a special connection to nature, with specific energy like all is energy and comprehensive, far away in the Universe. I spent so many hours in nature, the woods, the green meadows, and the fantastic grassland where I grew up. Then, I had the intense wish to leave the place as soon as possible, which I did. Now, I see and appreciate the opportunities to grow up in this environment with the people, the family, school colleagues, teachers, trainers, coaches, bosses, and colleagues. They all played a role in my life and gave me something that I see in my current life station as a precious thing to be the person where I am now.
Another point is to become aware of how my mental and intended work with my conscience came with my first experiences learning at the farm, at school, in the army, and at the universities. Army was the most challenging time regarding mentality and physical perspective. But it was good because now I know what I can do, where my limits are, and what is so important to become a strong, self-confident man who is ready without fear to do something, act, and start from scratch. During my first year in school, I found a way to learn, remember, and implement my style of personal development. I knew how I could extend my abilities, challenge my limits and laziness, and become more assertive in taking backlashes. I wasn’t able to speak a sentence without stuttering. I had a fear of speaking difficult words. This was the result, because my parents haven’t the time and the readiness to teach me the German language properly. This was a time of dramatic and cumbersome challenges for me. Learn how to take my challenges and grow as a student in school, training, and in the university and still today- Not to be the best or the worst; my goal is and was to be in the middle of all—a self-protection measure, so to speak. Now, I have completed several graduations and diplomas and graduated with a Master’s and know some basic things and skills.
At first, I was listening, then repeating, and so on. I think, and many will agree, that the first things to learn to read, write, and calculate are essential to survive in our societal and economic system, but today, I know, and I have known from my childhood on, there is something behind which isn’t in the sense of humanity.

Now, I am sitting here in Switzerland, one of the wealthiest countries worldwide, writing these lines regarding awareness, mindfulness, and knowing the actual risks and threats against humans, our economic issues, and how, so far, I have understood how our financial system works. All that should include conscientiousness, subconsciousness, intelligence, and human mentality. This last sentence is our chance to grow and compete with the negative energy or, in other words, with the organized crime organization. How you name it, it’s up to you. There are many names.
Safety is a fundamental need for humans; we all agree on that. The same is valid for sovereignty and freedom. Another critical point is the mental state of individuals or their awareness and mindfulness of certain things and topics. Let me explain this in this way and words. In the history of human development what we have learned at school, there was a time of Neandertals and a time before. The humans had severe natural enemies, like saber-toothed tigers, bears, and wolves as big as bears today. To survive or to detect and see the risk far before a situation occurs where some actions are crucial to survive was immensely important. It made no sense to cope only with the attack; humans, in their time, need specific intuition skills and situational awareness skills to detect any potential attack of the aforementioned predators. The difference between the time of the Neandertals and now isn’t the same. I agree. However, the risks and threats against human beings are still in place, but in another form. Differently, we need to be aware of what our enemies are, how we should combat them, and create limitations so that we are in a safer environment.
I am more concerned about how people interact with each other or behave. There seems to be more egoism and narcissism present, and people care less about each other. When I read or watch the news, it becomes clear that society is changing. The internet, the smartphone generation, and the overwhelming amount of information, especially false information on social media, traditional media news channels, Hollywood, Bollywood, and more, contribute to this situation and behavior. Have people become more naive, brainwashed, or just plain ignorant?
My main point here is that recognizing similarities and taking prompt action is crucial from a safety perspective. In the spiritual community, this concept is often referred to as „Awaken“ or „Wake up,“ or in simpler terms, „Open your eyes, dude“ and „Check the six.“ When safety issues arise, whether globally or in our immediate surroundings, it’s essential to be aware and proactive. There are numerous safety concerns in the world, such as the conflicts in Ukraine, Gaza, Yemen, and Sudan, as well as the challenges related to the refugee situation in North America and Europe. Which is currently under the visibility of us. Just a few see and know the risk where we are facing in the future or let me say, already now.
Additionally, the increasing immigration of individuals with radical and extremist beliefs into Western countries is a topic of concern. Personal safety awareness and mindfulness should not just be empty words. We should not behave like sheep, and I mean no disrespect to the intelligence of sheep; it’s more about their vulnerable behavior when facing predators. Instead, we should strive to emulate the protective instincts of a warrior or a lion when safeguarding our families. We must adopt the appropriate mindset, take necessary measures, and be prepared without delay.
Public safety is a cornerstone of societal well-being, encompassing the efforts of governmental security agencies, emergency organizations, and crisis management systems. Despite these extensive measures, concerns about the effectiveness and reliability of these institutions persist, impacting the feeling of being adequately protected.
Let me point out some of my thoughts and concerns:
Societal Concerns About Public Protection:
- Perceived Effectiveness: Many question whether existing public safety measures are sufficiently robust to thwart various threats. This skepticism often arises from high-profile failures or lapses in security, which can undermine trust in these institutions. Lastly, there is the treatment during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
- Resource Allocation: In some instances, there is a perception that resources are either inadequately allocated or diverted to less critical areas, leading to gaps in essential protections. For Example, a sudden amount of money for buying COVID-19 vaccines or the H1N1 vaccines Tamiflu and, on the other hand, no money for victims of violence, rape, or natural hazards.
- Response Times: Quick and efficient responses from emergency services are critical. Delays can foster a sense of insecurity and mistrust in the system’s ability to manage crises promptly. This topic is usually discussed in third-world or emergency countries, but nowadays, we also have issues in Western countries, like limited skilled workers, expert’s sickness, and limited types of equipment and technologies,
- Transparency and Communication: A lack of clear communication from authorities during emergencies can heighten fear and confusion, diminishing public confidence in the safety measures and protocols. Regarding crucial information regarding health and energy, we can see that government officials often take measures to hide information or forbid news providers from publishing information. I ask myself, this hasn’t anything anymore with democracy, right?
Differences Between Western and Non-Western Nations
- Western Countries generally have more established and well-funded public safety infrastructure. However, even here, concerns about emerging threats such as cyber-attacks, terrorism, mass shootings, and heavy natural hazards are prevalent. Not to talk about our critical infrastructure in terms of energy, and supply chain. It’s a nightmare.
- Emergency or Third Countries Often face challenges related to limited resources, corruption, and less structured emergency response organizations. Consequently, the sense of vulnerability and inadequate protection tends to be higher.
Importance of Situational Awareness
In light of increasing threats and issues in our system, situational awareness has become paramount:
- Early Threat Detection: Identifying potential threats early can differentiate between a managed situation and a catastrophe, especially in public spaces in our cities and essential supply chain routes.
- Public Education: Training civilians to recognize and respond to suspicious activities can significantly bolster community safety and the need to be transparent about the real issues in our economy and government, such as corruption and bribery.
- Technological Tools: Modern public safety strategies require implementing surveillance systems, AI-driven threat detection, rapid communication networks, and more. What concerns me is that some politicians, government institutions, organizations, and companies have already checked that some AI solutions could threaten them when data are used to find services and solutions. For example, something negative could occur (e.g., dead bodies in the basement).
Some Cases of Violent Attacks which should bring awareness to your mind
North America
- Buffalo, USA (May 2022): Mass shooting in a supermarket.
- Uvalde, USA (May 2022): School shooting resulting in numerous fatalities.
Europe
- London, UK (June 2019): Stabbing incidents near London Bridge.
- Naples, Italy (October 2022): Gunfight linked to local mafia activity.
- Illerkirchberg,Germany, Knife attack on two young girls
Asia
- Tokyo, Japan (July 2021): Stabbing spree on a commuter train.
- Kabul, Afghanistan (August 2021): Suicide bombing outside the international airport.
Africa
- Kano, Nigeria (July 2022): Armed attacks on villages by militant groups.
- Cape Town, South Africa (September 2021): Knife attack in a public park.

The increasing frequency of such incidents underscores the urgent need for improved public safety measures, diligent crisis management, and a more vigilant society. These steps are vital to fostering a sense of community security and trust, ensuring public safety remains a global and local priority. Even more, when people or the society itself has a high percentage of risk awareness, the public sector has to follow.
When the public sector can’t protect us, it is time to defend ourselves.
Public education is integral to building this sense of vigilance and preparedness. Individuals can play an active role in keeping their communities safe by educating the public and the people on identifying and responding to potential threats. This can include teaching basic first aid skills, recognizing signs of radicalization or mental illness, and knowing emergency protocols, etc.
Technological advancements have also greatly improved public safety strategies. Surveillance systems, AI-driven threat detection software, and rapid communication networks have proven practical tools for detecting potential attacks early on and coordinating swift responses. However, this must be balanced with privacy concerns and ethical considerations. When we look at some countries that have implemented this technology, privacy control concerns also exist, and some control measures are in place (e.g., the Social Credit System).

In addition to these measures, governments and organizations must collaborate on developing comprehensive crisis management plans that prioritize individuals’ safety, freedom/sovereignty, and well-being.
Humans in Western countries tend to delegate the responsibility of curing or solving security problems to third parties. This is how our social and economic system is structured. In addition to economic efficiency, people’s inactivity, ignorance, and laziness are significant factors. This inertia can quickly be negatively influenced or used to manipulate people in a dangerous direction. Therefore, there is a great potential for fraud for people who do not deal with the problems of their health, safety, and fundamental rights or care too little.
The safety and security of individuals and society in developed and developing countries are critical. However, the people in developing nations, where prosperity levels are lower and living conditions are often more challenging, tend to have a heightened awareness of their safety, freedom, and health due to various risks, such as crime, violence, corruption, and political instability. In contrast, people in Western industrialized countries may take safety and freedom for granted.
We all must pay attention to these issues and take proactive measures to safeguard our basic needs and rights, thus ensuring a better world and future generations. Additionally, it is crucial to recognize that fear is often used as a tool for societal control, and efforts should be made to resist such manipulation. Ultimately, prioritizing and meeting basic needs and fostering a global culture of mindfulness and awareness are essential for building a secure and sustainable future. Attention and awareness of our safety, freedom, health, and fundamental rights are currently the most important values we should determine for ourselves. Every person should be aware of this. We humans can vote for ourselves according to mindfulness and awareness. To sharpen them and respect our good old gut feeling and intuition, let’s find ourselves again, inside as well as outside.
